La Ronda Smith, born and raised in Los Angeles, California, is a wife, mother of four, and a grandmother. She is a Certified Life Coach, and a Realtor®. La Ronda is involved with several other volunteer organizations and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), National Organization for Human Services (NOHS), Pacific West Association Of Realtors (PWR), National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and the California Association of Realtors (CAR).
Her enormous heart has always led her to serve youth by becoming a friend and lending an ear. With her inspiring spirit and encouraging words, made it easy to confide in her and find a sense of security while gaining clarity, direction, and self-growth.
La Ronda’s perseverance and eagerness to further her education, set the trajectory for her to achieve her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services and a concentration in Children and Family Services in the year of 2015. Mrs. Smith is the Founder & President of Refresh Youth Center (RYC) and Refresh Life Coaching (RLC).
